Hello all, I know I'm a little late again, so sorry about that!! March 1st was Self-Injury Awareness Day. This day sheds more light on the ever-growing epidemic of self-harm and becomes a day that many reach our to survivors of self-harm or those that are currently struggling through it. Remember that you are not alone in this fight. There are many others out that you can seek help from if you need it. Don't EVER be afraid to speak up about your problems. I am always her if you need someone to speak too and our list of Help Lines can always be used.
We cordially invite Millennium High School's Gay-Straight Alliance to our First Annual Mercy College GSA Picnic! Hosted by Mercy College's Gay, Lesbian, Or Whatever 'U' Prefer (GLOW UP) club Friday, October 16th, 11am-2pm, at Mercy College, 555 Broadway, Dobbs Ferry, New York, 10522, we invite Gay Straight Alliances and guest speakers to eat, nurture a sense of unity among fellow GSA's, and spread knowledge of LGBTQ+ friendly programs and resources. This Friday's GSA Picnic is being postponed due to low attendance. We are rescheduling it for March, but taking suggestions for what day of March. We would greatly appreciate it if Millenium High School's Gay-Straight Alliance would attend, so let us know your general availability and we will reply with a general consensus in the near future.
Sorry for the inconvenience,
Toni Pellegrino
